Sausages

Sausage is kind of our thing. We're well-known for the best homemade sausages in town. And considering Bay City is a Polish town, that's saying something. All of our sausages are handmade in our store daily, using only fresh beef and pork, natural casings and fresh market herbs and spices — all cooked to juicy perfection. We do not use fillers, preservatives or MSG. Natural skins are cured on site.

We work hard to complete your orders quickly — usually within two days. But there are times when it might take longer. Mom always said good things come to those who wait. So put on your Patience Pants. It's hard to rush quality.
