What We Do

Of all the beef produced in the United States, only 2% is certified prime grade by the USDA. From that small amount, Meats & Mooore chooses only the best of high prime. You just can't get any better than that.
Our USDA prime beef comes from the finest corn-fed cattle the area has to offer. Then we dry age the beef for up to six weeks, imparting a buttery taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture that many beef connoisseurs herald as the ultimate beef experience.
We still use the recipes our parents used, with fine ingredients, fresh spices and natural casings. We don't buy enhanced products, and we don't use fillers. With our meat, you know what you're eating.
Not only do we sell you the finest meats available, but we have a little imagination. Try our many varieties of sausages and bratwursts. There's nothing ordinary about them.
